Saw Operator
Essential Functions:
- Set up, adjust and operate saws to cut raw materials.
- Utilize technical drawings, written instructions and verbal instructions to produce dimensionally correct parts.
- Perform secondary processes (including but not limited to: deburring parts and running additional pieces of equipment) while the machine is running.
- Inspect materials before cutting and inspect parts before and after production to verify conformance to specifications on the work order.
- Load and unload materials and parts from machines, racks, tables, carts, pallets, baskets and boxes.
- Read work orders, labels, tags and other documentation.
- Clean and maintain the Saw Area.
- Perform routine maintenance in accordance with established procedures.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Experience: Capable of learning to use precision measuring equipment and learning to read prints and drawings; math skills (adding, subtracting) and knowledge of fractions and decimal equivalents; familiarity with a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred; prior experience with metal working machinery and/or trade school or shop experience preferred.
Wage Range: $20 – $25/hour

Press Brake Fabricator
We are seeking a Press Brake Fabricator to join our team! The ideal candidate will utilize press brake machinery to fabricate metal components based on technical drawings and written instructions. (Please note that this NOT a machine operator position; it requires the ability to fabricate parts.)
Essential Functions:
- Utilize press brakes to bend and form materials.
- Select, setup and use proper dies and tooling.
- Utilize technical drawings and written and verbal instructions to produce dimensionally correct parts.
- Demonstrate awareness of bend allowances and how tools affect bend allowances.
- Inspect parts before and after production to verify conformance to specifications.
- Load and unload materials and parts from carts, racks, tables, pallets and baskets.
- Read work orders, labels, tags and other documentation regarding parts and materials.
- Perform secondary processes (including but not limited to: drilling, grinding, deburring, plasma cutting, minor saw work, pipe bending and heat forming).
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Experience: Ability to use precision measuring equipment. Ability to read prints and drawings. Math skills (adding, subtracting) and knowledge of fractions and decimal equivalents. Knowledge of bend allowances preferred. Familiarity with a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred. Prior experience with metal working machinery and/or trade school or shop experience preferred. Familiarity with protractors, calipers and squares preferred. Willing and able to learn additional fabrication processes.
Wage Range: $21 – $26/hour

Essential Functions:
- Weld using a variety of welding methods and positions.
- Utilize technical drawings, weld symbols, written and verbal instructions to produce dimensionally correct parts.
- Set up and weld various precision weldments and components.
- Inspect materials before and after welding to verify conformance to specifications.
- Examine welds for adherence to specifications.
- Set up and adjust welding machines and other equipment as needed.
- Operate grinders, torches, plasma cutters and other cutting and grinding equipment.
- Load and unload materials and parts from racks, pallets, baskets and carts.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Experience: Prior experience with welding and/or trade school or shop experience. Prior fitting experience required for welder/fitter. Ability to use precision measuring equipment. Ability to read prints, drawings and weld symbols. Math skills (adding, subtracting, geometry, trigonometry) and knowledge of fractions and decimal equivalents. Familiarity with a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Essential Functions:
- Learn to operate metal working machinery to produce parts and maintain production schedule on a daily basis.
- Utilize technical drawings, written and verbal instructions to produce dimensionally correct parts.
- Perform secondary processes (such as deburring) while the machine is running.
- Learn to set up tooling.
- Inspect parts to verify conformance to specifications on the work order.
- Load and unload materials and parts from racks, tables, carts and pallets.
- Move work order materials to the applicable operation.
- Read work orders, labels, tags and other documentation.

Processing Engineer
Essential Functions:
- Create, analyze and revise drawings and instructions for work orders.
- Create information needed to make parts to customer specifications.
- Resolve manufacturing issues and answer questions as jobs go through the manufacturing process.
- Inspect parts prior to shipping to the customer.
- Analyze and address quality issues.
- Communicate and interact effectively with employees, management and customers.
Required Experience: Ability to read prints and drawings. Ability to use AutoCAD and Solid Works Modeling. Familiarity with a manufacturing/industrial environment and Shop experience preferred. Ability to use CAM software preferred. Possess basic mechanical knowledge about drill sizes, tap sizes and bolt grades. Familiarity with different types of metals and materials preferred. Possess strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Basic cost accounting knowledge preferred. Ability to use Microsoft Software preferred.
Wage Range: $22 – $30/hour
