Press Brake Fabricator
We are seeking a Press Brake Fabricator to join our team! The ideal candidate will utilize press brake machinery to fabricate metal components based on technical drawings and written instructions. (Please note that this NOT a machine operator position; it requires the ability to fabricate parts.)
Essential Functions
- Utilize press brakes to bend and form materials.
- Select, setup and use proper dies and tooling.
- Utilize technical drawings and written and verbal instructions to produce dimensionally correct parts.
- Demonstrate awareness of bend allowances and how tools affect bend allowances.
- Inspect parts before and after production to verify conformance to specifications.
- Load and unload materials and parts from carts, racks, tables, pallets and baskets.
- Read work orders, labels, tags and other documentation regarding parts and materials.
- Perform secondary processes (including but not limited to: drilling, grinding, deburring, plasma cutting, minor saw work, pipe bending and heat forming).
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Experience: Ability to use precision measuring equipment. Ability to read prints and drawings. Math skills (adding, subtracting) and knowledge of fractions and decimal equivalents. Knowledge of bend allowances preferred. Familiarity with a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred. Prior experience with metal working machinery and/or trade school or shop experience preferred. Familiarity with protractors, calipers and squares preferred. Willing and able to learn additional fabrication processes.

Welder
Essential Functions
- Weld using a variety of welding methods and positions.
- Utilize prints, technical drawings, weld symbols, and written and verbal instructions to produce dimensionally correct parts.
- Set up and adjust welding machines and other equipment as needed.
- Inspect materials before and after welding to verify conformance to specifications.
- Operate grinders, torches, plasma cutters and other cutting and grinding equipment.
- Read work orders, labels, tags and other documentation regarding parts and materials.
- Load and unload materials and parts from racks, pallets, baskets and carts
Required Experience
- Prior welding experience
- Ability to use precision measuring equipment
- Ability to read prints, drawings and weld symbols
- Math skills (adding, subtracting, geometry, trigonometry) and knowledge of fractions and decimal equivalents
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment preferred
- Machining and fabrication experience preferred

Machinist

• Deburr parts.
• Testing and setup tooling.
• Inspect parts before and after machining to verify conformance to specifications.
