Customer Service Policy
Precision Steel Manufacturing Corporation is dedicated to providing first-rate customer service, with the goal of responding to our customer’s needs in a timely manner. We strive to address any inquiry, question or concern within 24 hours of the initial communication via phone or e-mail. Requests for quotes are provided within three to five business days after all necessary information has been obtained. Additional time may be needed based on the complexity of the quote, availability of material pricing, or other information that may be required from a third-party vendor.
We aim to exceed all customer expectations by providing superior products that are delivered on time at a competitive price. Our experienced customer account managers are available to offer any needed assistance. Additional support may be provided by our compliance coordinator in seeking appropriate solutions.
